Iberia offers qualified technicians and candidates an Airbus A350 maintenance course

Iberia Maintenance announces that it is offering aircraft maintenance technicians and other qualified candidates the opportunity to earn certification to work on the Airbus A350 XWB.

The training course, taught in English, starts on October 22nd and ends on December 17th and consists of two units:

– Theory and practice with an Airbus Skills Training classroom simulator (240 hours); and
– Practice in real airplanes (30 hours).

Students who successfully complete the course will receive B1 (mechanical) and B2 (avionics) certifications to work on the A350XWB in accordance with EASA Part 147 standards.

The Iberia Maintenance Instruction Center is EASA certified (Parts 147 and 145) and offers a wide range of certification courses for aircraft such as the A350 XWB (B1 / B2), the A330 (B1 / B2 / C). o A320ceo / neo (CFM56 / V2500 / PW1100 / LEAP) and aircraft differentiation courses, as well as certification update courses, introductory permits and applied metrology courses among others.

In 2019 the center offered more than 200,000 teaching hours, 57,500 of which were EASA Part 147.
