Contrary to many websites published on Wednesday October 14th, businesswoman Camila Valdívia is said to have officially stated that the information that she was returned to the command of the Itapemirim group is not available.

During the afternoon, several portals reported that Camila had taken over the management of the group again due to a court decision and that she had already defined that the drafting plan of the airline ITA Transportes Aéreos would not be carried out.

However, according to a conversation the businesswoman would have had with Diário do Transporte – a portal for journalist Adamo Bazzani from Joven Pan and other major media outlets – there is no judicial decision transferring control of the Itapemirim group to her and her In addition, information about the closure of the airline to be created would be rejected.

According to the same portal, Itapemirim Group’s legal director Karina de Oliveira Guimarães Mendonça would have confirmed Camila’s information and made it clear that there is no judicial decision to return the former partner to the group and such messages should be classified as “fake news”.

ITA Transportes Aéreas itself confirmed to AEROIN that it recognizes what has been published in the Diário do Transporte as official information.

For our part, during the afternoon in AEROIN we received the same information about the possible return of Camila Valdivia. However, in the absence of official statements from either party, we considered the assumptions to be doubtful and are waiting for these official and correct notes that we have now published on the subject.
