Between August 31 and September 25, 2020, the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) sponsored the VII PSA workshop. The workshop was held entirely in distance learning mode and included more than 45 videos and 200 pages of material to explain and guide airport operators in creating their airport safety programs (PSAs).

The workshop brought together 77 participants and had 13 speakers from the Civil Aviation Security Management Against Unlawful Intervention (GSAC). There were four weeks of classes, with three days dedicated to clarifying doubts, participating in groups, and interacting between participants. All content was made available digitally.

The workshop also tried to dispel doubts, demonstrating a collaborative and preventive way of working, bringing the entire airport company together in a continuous improvement of AVSEC, which is reflected in all operations at the airport. In addition, the workshop helped broaden the vision of airfield organization, AVSEC functions, interaction between everyone, group work, standardization and quality with continuous improvement.

The event was rated 98% for the relevance of the subjects by the students, with 93% of the students giving grades between 9 and 10 for the event and 7% with 7 to 8. It was also rated with 98% from good to excellent in terms of content, workload, order of modules, quality of the videos shown and didactic material; and in 90% from good to excellent in the learning level.
